Pilot is the first episode of The Pumpernickel Show. In this episode, Snizzy and Nashville steal a crystal.

Plot[]

After Snippy leaves, Snizzy and Nashville go to the store and spot something. It's a crystal, and they grab it without paying, setting off the alarm. They drive a stolen car to Bed-Stuy apartments, and ring the doorbell so much, the power goes out. No one will let them in from the rain, until Snippy comes and lets them in. He and Ry gives them hot soup and vegetables.

Simon & Baldi Segments[]

Baldi Segments by AdoboFlash: The player is introduced to Baldi's school and does his math work normally, before being forced to jump rope by Playtime and then killed by Baldi.

Trivia[]

  • In the cold open, the unaired pilot is seen.
  • This episode was originally going to have dialog, but due to time constraints, it was made a silent episode.
  • There are several differences in this episode from the rest of the series:
    • The intro music is the opening theme to 1959's A Summer Place.
    • The episode title card is on a solid green background as opposed to a green gradient background with spots and the text is in Bauhaus 93 as opposed to Times New Roman. The music is also the same music used in the title cards for The Zula Patrol in the first season, as opposed to the second season. It also takes up the whole screen instead of appearing as a simple picture.
    • This episode has South Park-esque animation, where the characters were designed via PowerPoint instead of being hand-drawn.
    • The credits are on a black background and the text is in Cooper Black, reminiscent to Everybody Hates Chris. In later episodes, the credits were in the Impact font and in light yellow, reminiscent of the Ed, Edd n Eddy credits. The background used for these credits is also the same as that used for the EEnE credits.
